2008-2009 Youth and Team Elite Registration

which is required to be on the team. You will need the USA Card Number to enroll.
Step 2: After you purchase your USA card, click the enrollment form below to enroll.
Step 3: Please fill out and bring the Consent Form
(CLICK HERE) to registration night with a check for $125 made out to Hauppauge Wrestling Club.
